School Fees

All fees and tuition payments are due on the announced date, which is always before the beginning of the semester. The late fee is 10% of tuition cost. Current tuition fees are available from the business office or registrar.

Week 9-11        55% of fees due
Week 12-14      40% of fees due

Refunds for Withdrawal (presuming 100% paid)
Week 0-3          70% refunded
Week 4-6          55% refunded
Week 7-9          40% refunded
Week 10-11     25% refunded
Week 12-13     10% refunded
Extra-curricular Fees

Some extra-curricular activities have special fees. See the Extra-Curricular Activities section for details.

Fees for special, non-core classes

Non-core classes which have high costs due to consumable materials have extra fees. These are due to be paid before the start of the semester. Such classes would include cooking and some art classes.

Financial obligations and transcripts

The timely receipt of tuition and other fees is essential for the school to continue to meet its own obligations. Transcripts and other official documents (may include report cards and diplomas) will not be issued until all financial obligations to the school have been met. These obligations include, but are not limited to, tuition, lost/damaged book fees and library fines.
